It's hard to believe this is our 9th year on the web!  Where do the years go??  We have some photos of our family and farm for you to see!  (see below)  We add to them from time to time, so check back for new ones!  We are still trying to maintain our goal of a simple, quick to load website, full of helpful information. Our own "dial-up" internet connection out here in the sticks is a great guide to how LONG things can take to load!  Thank you for visiting us, we're glad you're here, and hope your time here is rewarding.

Our network of "Garlicheads" continues to grow! We've heard from folks from all over the country, and a few other countries as well! It's a funny thing, garlic.... the dedication and passion it inspires is not found in many other vegetables, and devotees love connecting with one another! We are proud to call ourselves Garlicheads!  Great garlic is our essential ingredient~~the only thing one can't, absolutely CAN"T cook without!!
  In May 2004, after a long year of debate,  we finally made the wrenching decision to give up our Organic certification.  See Organically Grown?  for the whole story.  We have not found that it made much difference in our business, and it DEFINITELY made no difference in how we grow!
 Regardless of any certification, our philosophical position on sustainable agriculture hasn't, and WON'T change!!
